If you can't find Chareau Aloe Liqueur for this cocktail, try a full ounce of aloe juice or just omit it completely.

  • 1.5 oz rum or vodka
  • .75 oz Cocktail & Sons Watermelon & Thai Basil
  • .75 oz lime juice
  • .5 oz Chareau Aloe Liqueur
  • sparkling lime seltzer

Add all ingredients minus seltzer to a shaker with ice. Shake hard; top with lime seltzer and garnish with lime wheel and watermelon chunk.

Watermelon Margarita

  • 2 oz tequila
  • .75 oz Cocktail & Sons Watermelon & Thai Basil
  • 1 oz lime juice
  • .25 oz orange liqueur or triple sec
